Larry Steinhardt
Larry graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor's Degree in accounting. Larry joined Ernst & Young as an auditor and then spent the following 20 years as a Human Resources professional managing the Human Resources Department in the New York office. In addition, he founded the Alumni Outplacement Program and was the Human Resources Director for the Healthcare Consulting Practice. Larry joined Mel Evans 7 years ago.

Eric Warner
Eric graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1979 with a degree in computer science and has more than 10 years of programming and project management experience within the information technology field. Eric has been employed by Columbia University, CIT Financial, EF Hutton, and Philip Morris. He has been recruiting information technology professionals for the past 12 years and has been employed by Mel Evans for the past 5 years.

Al Galland
Al, a CPA, is President of PRO-FIT. He graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelor's Degree in economics and received an M.B.A. from Baruch College. He began working in New York-based accounting firms and then for 12 years was CFO and then COO of a major international recruitment firm. Al founded PRO-FIT 11 years ago.
